They disregarded the primary consideration of "being in business".
"You Must Produce a Profit" to exist and grow.

Most disregarded that critical consideration. Since the "clean out" of the dot.com disasters starting in the
Spring of 2000, many entrepreneurs have come to learn (the hard way) that VX's [venture capitalists]
now won't touch a "deal" unless management not only has a good and credible "Business Plan",
but has to have Gray Hair people in critical positions.

Why?

Because that will help the company / start-up / whatever, to be profitable.

Profit is the GAME ! ...
