The original message at this web site will follow after this very UP TO DATE
message.  It lends more credibility to what I've been saying in the original web 
site.  That was personal and depicted what I found the health system to be.

from Dr. Mercola.  It surely ties-in with what we've also been telling you
about the major problems Hospitals and the Traditional Health System
is facing with DOCTORS AND NURSES.

I will add that "message" in the web site, where we touch the Nurses

NOW, PLEASE:       CONTINUE WITH THE ORIGINAL MESSAGE

As you keep in mind what I was "feeling and thinking" as I observed
both my wife (the patient) and how the "system" was handling and 
medicating and treating her.  Also  what I observed as the "help"
made up beds, did the bath area, handled bedding from very ill
people, etc etc). Here we go:

The following may be "sour grapes"... but it reflects just a part of what
we've had to cope with ... For now suffice it for us to say:

What makes me inject this message into a  well accepted web-site?.*.... I have spent nearly six (6) weeks, going to and from a large medical facility in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area in attempts to get my wife (best friend I've had for over 58 years).. because of "heart, liver, and  whatever" problems.  (And more time from heart specialists offices, and the general "practitioner" offices and for blood work, going to pharmacists ("drug stores" ?? what's that?) etc, etc,...  (ugh).

* I injected my observations in the web site that:    SAVED MY LIFE

From my observations of hospitals -- what comes and goes, of how they have built fantastic buildings (facilities ?), yet the medical approaches, the medications they "keep trying"... while endeavoring to find what will "work"  ...  this just made me lose faith in "hospitals" and the medical system as it is now.

I also (while there checking my wife, seeing the services rendered and "how" they were being
rendered) observing how they "make a bed when patient is there) [also  when a very ill patient is moved or passed away] and the process used to supposedly "clean everything [they don't do it],
how they clean the floor (a farce), or handling the soiled clothing, and let's not even think of how they "do the cleaning" in the bathrooms.   

It is worse than I  experienced  during  the over 30 years -- when I did business  with the HealthCare system.  The "health system is having problems".

If you doubt that things are "not good" as to the help you're getting from the "Medical Establishment", you need to check with family members, relatives, friends, grandparents, uncles, etc...etc...  ask them what is going on with their health situation and how are they coping ....  how many "pills and medications" are they taking ?  

Are the pharmacies (drug stores ?) taking care that they put the right mediation in the bag/box you get? Twice, they gave me the wrong prescription.  Fortunately, we noticed it and had it "changed".

DO check everything while you are still there ...  
too many times, it is wrong (just went through that --)  IT STINKS !

      Briefly, then, I want to STRESS that You must start NOW ...
and  take better care of YOUR OWN HEALTH !

I see incredible suffering, lax treatment, experimental variations of medications,
and at times as "shifts" take place, how some nurses, and others, just do not
do as the previous one.  Some are good.  Very good.  Others are not so good.

Do you want to talk about the cost of the prescriptions... WOW ! ....
well, 'nuff said for now.... but
DO GET SERIOUS ABOUT YOUR HEALTH....

Since 1992, in my websites, I have been observing the health conditions and I have
[as learned to utilize the computer and also to do my own web sites] telling my
clients / customers that it is time to take care of their own health.  WHY?

Because  no one else is going to do it for you !

It's been months since the "message and disgust" voiced above. 
They finally took her "off" all the medications they had been "trying"...   

And it has made it possible for her to " feel a little better" ...  she is  back home..
and we pray .... "by faith in God.... and our love for each other !"    

Hope this isn't too personal, but, hey... (thanks...)

That routine was repeated often.  In and out of the Emergency Room, etc

Notwithstanding the previous information, the doctors and the hospital have been
incredibly miserable.  It has been in and out of the emergency room, to staying
at the hospital so they could "experiment" (that is what it seemed like).

During their efforts to "fix" her problems, they did admit utilizing some wrong
antibiotic, which caused severe problems.   They then said they would use 
another antibiotic to fix that.   

WOW.  Check on a growing problem that comes from poor sanitation, and other reasons:

"Clostridium Dificile".  (do a search on www.google.com)

Now, November, 2001, she is back home (the hospital and "specialists" say there
is nothing else they can do.  In effect = take her home to die.... and oh yes, we
have been led to a Hospice "deal".   

UGH.  Watch out what you get at Hospices.

If only I had the power I once controlled.  But, too late for that.

(she passed away December 24, 2001).

Our love affair was superb.  Knew her for 65 years.
World War II came early, but I did get back from the Pacific
and married her.  That lasted for 60 years.

Fortunately, my Online Alternative Health business is growing.
I endeavor to talk people into TAKING CARE OF THEIR HEALTH.

Last words:  If you think all the above is unusual, think of what is happening now (April 2003) 
{Am adding that it is Now October of 2004 and the traditional system is still in trouble} ---
and as I update this site again -- it is now May 24, 2008} like the shortage of "nurses". 

Many of the "foreign" doctors are  returning to their own  countries.  

And check on where hospitals are getting "nursing" help !!!

Importing from foreign countries, Yes !       It is going to get worse.
